All returned goods must be in the same condition they were in at the time of purchase, and in their original packaging .Goods must be returned within 14 days of invoice date. Any costs incurred by the customer is their liability unless these goods are faulty. In this instance Bay Boutique will reimburse any costs by the customer to return said goods.
